Hey!! Welcome to my little corner of the web…

On holiday in Charmouth, I was a bit of a poser when I was younger 🙂

First off, my name is Kirsty. I am a thirty-something auditor, born and raised in the Southwest of England.

I live in a teeny tiny flat with my husband Mark, our black & white cat, Luna (named after Pixar’s short film, La Luna) and the most recent edition to our family is a little grey kitten called Obi (Star Wars). Whenever we decide to get a bigger place, Luna will have a lot more friends to play with. I’ve already named them all…! The ginger cat will be Tormund (Game of Thrones) and the black cat will be Mr. Wick; the dogs will be Sherlock (a Golden Retriever), a Boxer called Rollo (Vikings) and a poodle called Shelby (Peaky Blinders).

And, if I haven’t made myself seem crazy enough, our car is a bright blue Ford Focus called Sully (Monsters Inc.).

I would love to say that I have been influenced by film and TV from a young age, but truth be told, I’ve only been an avid movie fan for the last ten years or so, but I think it’s safe to say, I am making up for lost time.

If I can avoid having my photo taken I will, if not… cover up as much of the lens as possible 🙂

Some film/TV basics…..

Favourite Shows: Game of Thrones, Vikings, Black Mirror, Criminal Minds, Bones, The Witcher and you can’t go wrong with some great competitions like Masterchef, Great British Sewing Bee and Bake Off.

Favourite Films: Brave, Tangled, the LotR trilogy, Dirty Dancing, Spotlight and Wild Rose, to name just a few, but to be honest my favourite film depends on what sort of mood I’m in at the time.

Favourite Actors: Samuel L Jackson, Michael Caine, Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy, Mark Strong, Taron Egerton, Karl Urban.

Favourite Actresses: McKenna Grace, Charlize Theron, Emma Stone, Anna Kendrick, Jennifer Lawrence, Saoirse Ronan.
